Children are much less outside in the nature than their parents were

Children only spend half as much time outside in the nature as their grandparents were when they were children and lot less than their parents.
When grandfather was a boy 59% of his friends were outside in the nature every day. 42% of the parent generation were outside in the nature every day. Today only 26% of the children spend time in the nature each day. However asking the parents 91% find that being outside in the nature …

From Chicago to Copenhagen roofs are going green

Imagine that you can relax or play in a garden – high above the street – with a great view over the city. In the past roof gardens was mostly for the few (and rich) however city planners have seen the many benefits of the roof gardens and new roof gardens are popping up a lot of different places.
